Carbon Dioxide

Carbon Dioxide is a gas that consists of two Carbon atoms bound to one Oxygen atom. Carbon Dioxide is produced by living organisms via respiration and by volcanic eruptions. Carbon Dioxide is also a Greenhouse gas that makes a large contribution to the Greenhouse effect.
